I have been with Rogers for 10 years. All i can say is.. Rogers has robbed its customers and some how the government has done nothing but continue allowing Rogers to do this practice. I have internet light with them. My internet has never run the speed that they advertise!!!! and calling them is a waste of time. Because they will never solve the issues. Don't even bother to write them. Write to the Government board that regulates the Internet Provider. But they are colluded and corrupted!!! Anyway, Good luck with Rogers.!! I totally agree with you. I called them about my modem and slow speed and they don't care. I was told it's up to that speed.
